Salary:

$100–$120 per hour depending on experience, plus travel allowance

Location:

Mobile role across Western Sydney (Specific locations can be chosen by the therapist)

Schedule:

Flexible – up to 2 or more ongoing days of your choosing!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, deliver therapy sessions, and prepare detailed reports for NDIS participants (both pediatric and adult).
  • Manage your own caseload and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with participants, their families, and other health professionals to ensure the best outcomes.
  • Contribute to the growth of BTS Services through local networking and stakeholder engagement.
  • Work closely with other team members to support optimal participant outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Experience in the NDIS sector (desirable but not essential).
  • Current Working with Children Check and CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
