Salary:
$100–$120 per hour depending on experience, plus travel allowance
Location:
Mobile role across Western Sydney (Specific locations can be chosen by the therapist)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, deliver therapy sessions, and prepare detailed reports for NDIS participants (both pediatric and adult).
- Manage your own caseload and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with participants, their families, and other health professionals to ensure the best outcomes.
- Contribute to the growth of BTS Services through local networking and stakeholder engagement.
- Work closely with other team members to support optimal participant outcomes.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Experience in the NDIS sector (desirable but not essential).
- Current Working with Children Check and CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
