Salary:
$100–$120 per hour depending on experience, plus travel allowance
Location:
Mobile role across Melbourne Metropolitan (Therapists can choose their specific locations)
Schedule:
Flexible – up to 2 or more ongoing days of your choosing!

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, deliver therapy sessions, and prepare reports for NDIS participants (both pediatric and adult).
- Manage your caseload and maintain accurate participant records.
- Communicate effectively with participants, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best care outcomes.
- Network with stakeholders to contribute to the growth of BTS Services in local communities.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve optimal client outcomes.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and current registration with AHPRA.
- Experience working as an Occupational Therapist (desirable but not required).
- Experience working in the NDIS sector (desirable but not required).
- Current Working with Children Check and CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
