Salary:

$100–$120 per hour depending on experience, plus travel allowance

Location:

Mobile role across Melbourne Metropolitan (Therapists can choose their specific locations)

Schedule:

Flexible – up to 2 or more ongoing days of your choosing!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, deliver therapy sessions, and prepare reports for NDIS participants (both pediatric and adult).
  • Manage your caseload and maintain accurate participant records.
  • Communicate effectively with participants, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best care outcomes.
  • Network with stakeholders to contribute to the growth of BTS Services in local communities.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve optimal client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and current registration with AHPRA.
  • Experience working as an Occupational Therapist (desirable but not required).
  • Experience working in the NDIS sector (desirable but not required).
  • Current Working with Children Check and CPR certification.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
